How We Work in Your Home
We start by getting the surface right — caulking seams, filling blemishes in the walls with joint compound, and pole-sanding until everything is smooth and like new. We move and cover your large furniture, and we ask that you take down small breakables and artwork beforehand; if moving things is hard, tell us and we’ll help. While we work, the crew may need a sink to rinse brushes, and we keep things clean throughout. When the job’s done, all the trash leaves with us, and we leave you the leftover paint for touch-ups unless you’d rather we didn’t. Walls and ceilings are rolled and brushed; cabinets are sprayed for a smooth finish.
Choosing Your Colors
Color chips in a store can be deceiving, so we strongly recommend real paint samples. Our color consultant or crew can paint physical test swatches directly onto your walls so you can see the color in all your lighting before we begin. If you need help choosing, our color consultants, sales staff, and project managers are ready to guide you.
What Paint We Use
We primarily recommend premium options from Sherwin-Williams, including their excellent cabinet paint, and Benjamin Moore lines like Regal Select and Aura. We match the product and finish to your home’s needs.
What Happens After You Sign
Our office processes the job and sends you a welcome email with a paint selection form. Filling out and signing this form is the most important step, since we can’t schedule your project without it. Once your colors are finalized, we stay in close communication to schedule your prep washing, any carpentry, and your painting.
If Something Isn't Right
We don’t have a formal interior warranty, but we’re highly customer-focused and will happily touch up any missed spots you notice after the job. A good interior paint job can last indefinitely, unless it’s dealing with water damage, poor bathroom ventilation, or heavy smoking.
